From a young entrepreneur to the president of a renowned fintech, Daniel Suero has charted an unconventional path. Born in Huelva, Spain, he started his first business at just 9 years old. At 16, he began investing in the stock market, and by 21, he was managing investment portfolios in wealth management. His education in finance and technology at Harvard, Frankfurt, and Madrid was only the prelude to what was to come.
Since he was young, Daniel Suero has had a strong passion: understanding money, investing strategically, and challenging the established norms in the financial world. At just 21 years old, he obtained the European Financial Advisor license, becoming one of the youngest financial advisors.
Shortly before starting his training at the Frankfurt Business School of Finance, he taught Personal Investment Culture at Pablo de Olavide University, sharing his knowledge with new talents. His thirst for learning led him to complete a Master’s in Portfolio Management at EOI, an MBA in Finance at the Madrid Business School, and a specialization in financial innovation at Harvard University, where he completed the ‘Fintech Innovation to Grow and Compete’ and ‘Real Estate Management: Finance, Design, Leadership’ programs.
In 2014, he published his first book, How to Invest Your Own Money, a straightforward guide to help families take control of their finances following the banking crisis. Since then, he has dedicated his career to promoting the digitalization of the financial sector, supporting entities in Latin America and Europe to innovate, grow and consolidate in a constantly evolving market.
Today, as President of SAFE, he leads a global platform that revolutionizes investment in financial assets, combining technology, strategy, and vision for the future.
